Originally built to “lean” as an advertising gimmick, the Leaning Tower of Texas is about 30 miles outside of Amarillo, TX. It still leans today on I-40, in a small town called Groom.
This is one of those “holes in the ground” when you drop a rock down, you have to wait ten seconds to hear it hit the ground. The scary thing is that there are unmarked holes all over these hills! I’ll be adding some more black & white photos to the Americana Series as well …
