An old abandoned gold mine in the hills near Red Mountain, CA.

This is one of those “holes in the ground” when you drop a rock down, you have to wait ten seconds to hear it hit the ground. The scary thing is that there are unmarked holes all over these hills! I’ll be adding some more black & white photos to the Americana Series as well as some pretty trippy landscapes in the next few days.
